Nursery Pastoral Care

We provide a safe, challenging, stimulating, caring and sharing environment which is sensitive to the needs of each individual child, including children with additional needs.

During their year with us each child will be supported in becoming more independent and self-confident. Children are given the freedom to discover and also learn from making mistakes.

Each child has a ‘Key Person’ who assesses their individual needs and helps the child to progress.

All staff members value what each child can do.

During ‘Circle Time’ we discuss the ‘Our Nursery Rules’ which help the children develop good relationships, be kind to each other, be a good friend and distinguish right from wrong.

In the Nursery we reward good behaviour, kindness, being helpful and personal achievements with praise, stickers and certificates.

To book an appointment, please email office@richardpate.co.uk or call 01242 522086.

For Rendcomb College families

We are very saddened to hear the news that Rendcomb College will close at the end of this academic year. We understand that this is an extremely unsettling and stressful time for the pupils, families and staff affected and we are here to offer our support.

If you would like to arrange a meeting with our Headteacher, Mr Morgan, and have a tour of the school, please call 01242 522086 or email admissions@richardpate.co.uk
