Bread Hedgehogs!

Ingredients
240g flour
30g fat
150 ml warm water
15g yeast
½ teaspoon of salt
Instructions
1. place flour and salt into a bowl and rub in the fat using your hands
2. cream the yeast and sugar in a separate bowl and add the water- stir gently
3. make a well in the middle of the flour mixture and pour the yeast mixture into the hole
4. mix gently and then cover the bowl with a cloth or piece of cling film and place it in a warm place
5. place the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently
6. divide the dough into 15 pieces and knead each piece into a ball
7. gently press the balls onto a warm, greased baking tray, cover with a cloth and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes to ‘prove’
8. bake the rolls in an oven pre-heated to 230 degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes until golden brown and firm underneath
9. remove from the oven when cooked and transfer to a cooling tray
