Chocolate Salami

Chocolate salami is crushed biscuits mixed together with chocolate and rolled into a sausage shape (it is not really salami).
Ingredients
250grams of rich tea biscuits
200grams of sugar
100grams of unsalted butter (melted)
40grams of unsweetened cocoa powder
2 eggs
Method
Place the biscuits in a plastic food bag, seal it and crush them using a rolling pin or the bottom of a glass.
In a large bowl whisk together the eggs and the sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in the melted butter and cocoa powder.
Add the crumbled biscuits into the chocolate mixture until they are completely coated.
Place a long sheet of foil over a counter top and pour the mixture in to a sausage shape .
Wrap it tightly it and twist the ends and put it in the fridge for about 3 to 4 hours.
Remove the foil and slice it.



40grams of unsweetened cocoa powder
Add the crumbled biscuits into the chocolate mixture until they are completely coated.
Remove the foil and slice it.
