ARRANGEMENTS FOR JUNIOR CAROL SERVICE

Tuesday, 15th December – Cheltenham College Chapel at 7.00 p.m.

The Carol Service will be for junior children and their parents only. I apologise for this, but we are limited to no more than 500 in the chapel.

6.40 p.m. Latest time of arrival and compulsory attendance for all juniors. Coats left in tuck shop area or parents’ cars – children proceed to chapel smartly dressed in the designated uniform (see below).

7.00 p.m. Carol Service begins. When it is over, all children must go home with their parents.

Parking : Parents should use the parking areas adjacent to Cheltenham College Junior School. Also available for parking is the area on the opposite side of Thirlestaine Road from the swimming pool exit and the Junior School car park.

Children’s Dress : Blazers, ties and clean shoes - no grey sweaters or cardigans.

Collection : I shall be asking the children to hand in their own small donations to their class teachers by Monday, 14th December. There will be a retiring collection at the end of the service for adults and this year we are supporting Acorn Children’s Hospice.

I hope many of you will be able to attend our Carol Service. It should be a very enjoyable occasion.

END OF TERM ~ HALF DAY ~ 16^th DECEMBER

Nursery and Prep. finish at 12 noon ~ Juniors finish at 12.15 p.m.
